Schimmer Assingment #4
Summer, in my opinion, is the best part of the year. We don't have school that we have to wake up for every morning. Every night feels like a Friday night during the summer. During summer, you don't have to worry about getting homework done. You don't have to study and cram for tests the night before the test. Summer is full of fun, relaxation, and ease. The thought of summer coming makes everything else seem unimportant because summer is the sign of freedom. Summer brings no schedule with it. Summer leaves your every day open, which is why summer is the best part of the year. Summer brings pool days, ice cream, and flip-flops. Summer is full of campfires, fishing trips, and laughter. It brings grilling, corn on the cob, and good times. You get to attend late night baseball games. You get to go on vacations to summer hot spots. Even the worst parts of summer are better then the better parts of winter. You get sun burnt and have to mow the yard. You walk outside on some days and immediately start to sweat. It's buggy and humid sometimes, but even in the buggiest and unbearably humid days, you put on some bug spray, wipe off the sweat, and enjoy the fact that it's summer. That's why summer is the best time of year to me.

Pheasants Forever
On Saturday night, I went to the Carrollton for the Pheasants Forever convention. It was really fun. It was my first time going to Pheasants Forever. I went with my dad, my neighbor, and his son, who's my friend. We had good food and got to watch a live auction. There were also raffles to enter. I could have won a gun , but I didn't. There was also a general raffle were everyone would buy tickets and put them into the bin. They would just draw a name and give some general stuff away. I didn't win anything. There was a poker game after. The adults drank a lot of beer. I had a good time.

Technology I Couldn't Live Without
The one part of the technology world that I could not live without would be internet. Without the internet, we would not be have the ability to search for anything fast at all. We would be in the stone ages, using books such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, and thesauruses. The internet has brought us wireless internet, internet to gaming devices like XBox 360's, and internet through smart phones. One invention has brought about many other amazing advancements in technology. The internet has brought us the ability to have other technology advancements and moneymakers like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The internet idea was thought up in the year 1961 and the project was finally, fully completed in the year 1969. Not one single person created the internet. Many great technological minds came together to create the part of technology that I can not, and would not, be able to live without. The only way I have the ability to be typing on this website, is by the internet. Most schools are just recently turning to having homework, note taking, and school projects on and through sites that are on the internet. We all use the internet once or more a week for sure, and most of us use it that same amount in a day. This class I am taking is dependent on the internet. I think that using the internet is a privilege, and it is a privilege that should not be taken for granted.

New App.
The app. I would make would be able to locate anything that I put a beeper on. You could use the app. to locate the things you loose the most. I would probably put a beeper on the T.V. remote so when I loose it, I could go on my Ipad and go to the app. On the app. I could then click on REMOTE and it would make the beeper beep and then I could find it. You could stick it on your car keys, your remote, your purse, or your phone. You could also get the app. on your phone. This app. costs $7.99 on the App. Store and on the Android Market. So it isn't just on Mac products.
